An outstanding 300+ bed hospital is searching for a motivated Clinical Education Program Manager to join their leadership team. Our team is excited to help you begin the next chapter of your career in the beautiful state of California!
The Clinical Education Program Manager will function as an educational resource and provide valuable insight to their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of nursing experience and it is preferred that candidates have a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) certification or ANCC Approved Nursing Certification. The Nurse Manager of Education will oversee the development and management of training, orientation and workforce development programs for all entry-level healthcare staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for mentorship and will foster a culture of continuous learning. The nurse leader will ensure that all new hires receive comprehensive and effective training. The Clinical Education Manager will also develop educational content for new staff, covering both clinical skills and hospital policies and procedures. The Nurse Manager will also maintain collaborative partnerships with local nursing schools and universities to create a pipeline of qualified new graduate healthcare professionals.
