Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Success Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with independent pharmacy owners and conduct
regular check-ins to identify business improvement
opportunities
Deliver presentations and reports to pharmacy owners, providing
insights and recommendations
Analyze performance indicators and generate reports to inform
coaching assessments and uncover customer opportunities
Required Qualifications
Four-year bachelor's degree in accounting, mathematics, data
science, statistics, computer sciences, or equivalent work
experience
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a
related field
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and community
pharmacy operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and
Access
Advanced analytical skills with experience in data collection and
organization
