Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to
manage complex employee relations cases and provide guidance to
leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle investigations into sensitive employee relations matters and
provide coaching to leaders
Advise on formal processes in accordance with company policies and
local labor laws
Participate in employee relations projects and coordinate
information with other team members
Required Qualifications and Education
5 years of employee relations experience required
Undergraduate degree in business, law, human resources, or related
field preferred
Appropriate HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, CIPD, etc.)
preferred
Good knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
Experience with case management tools and Microsoft Office
preferred
