Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant, Human Resources Business
Partner - Project Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR and business leaders in executing HR programs and
initiatives
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to deliver HR initiatives
related to talent management and organizational design
Analyze data to improve associate experiences and maintain
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Undergraduate studies in human resources, business administration,
or related field preferred
Professional human resources designation preferred or interest in
pursuing certification
Typically eight or more years of experience in human resources or
business operations
Demonstrable knowledge of HR practices, performance management, and
legal compliance
Proven ability to analyze workforce metrics and implement
solutions
