Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Analyst II responsible for
negotiating and managing contracts and budgets in clinical
trials.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and negotiate clinical site budgets and agreements based on
Fair Market Value
Maintain the status of agreements, budgets, and communications
throughout the study
Ensure compliance with sponsor's Code of Conduct and company
policies
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life
science, law, or finance
Minimum of 4 years of experience negotiating industry contracts
Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP and local
regulations
Post-graduate training in contracts administration or relevant work
experience preferred
Basic understanding of the drug development process and clinical
study management
