Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Consultant to design
and implement energy efficiency programs in Oregon and Southwest
Washington.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of community-focused energy efficiency programs
for underrepresented customers
Identify and oversee program developments while addressing
participation barriers and refining operations
Develop partnerships and manage communications with community
organizations and internal teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
6+ years of relevant work experience in program development,
non-profit organizations, or energy efficiency
Experience in a leadership or management role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing
priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project
management software
Ability to work independently and communicate task progress
effectively
