Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Analyst I to research, test,
and provide recommendations on custom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and prioritize requests and phone calls from internal
partners regarding custom solutions
Assist end users in modifying items such as Custom Reports and
General Ledger by ensuring complete resolution
Research and test functionality for troubleshooting high-level
analytical problems
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of FTP/SFTP
Experience with company-to-company file transfers is preferred
Ability to work with individuals with minimal technological
aptitude
Positive demeanor and strong follow-up skills
